Certified Copies of the Entry
into the Register

These are used to settle the deceased’s estate. Copies can be purchased at the time of registration for £12.50 each. (Sept 24)

Certificate for Burial
or Cremation

This statutory document is essential for the funeral to go ahead. It will be sent directly to us by the Registrar. (green form)

Access to the
“Tell Us Once” Service

Worcestershire offers a helpful government service that notifies departments such as the DVLA, DWP, and others on your behalf

We can meet with you and begin making funeral arrangements before registration is completed, as we will receive the green form directly from the Registrar.
