Heartfelt thanks for your kind attention and care in the arrangement of the funeral for my beloved and much missed sister.  I cannot thank you enough for your kindness at what has been a deeply distressing time.  It was a beautiful Requiem and you played no small part in ensuring that everything ran seamlessly.  I wish you well in all you do in such a sensitive and caring manner.  I can assure you that my sister herself would have been most impressed.  (March, 2022)
